Although the port is quite big, there are troubles with anchoring. If there's no space next to the sticking out pier on the right, swim inside the port. After anchoring it is advisable to visit harbor-master's office and ask if we have anchored in the right place and if we are obliged to leave the place till 6.30 (because of the ships reaching the port) as it was in our case. Having the same experience I try to anchor in a pleasant bay Karathona 37°32'.455 and 022°48'.744
